I first met Norren back in the '70's when I joined the Junior League. She has always been role model for me. The tribute video was so beautiful and filled with such love.
I didn't realize that Noreen and my late husband, Dick Tuttle, were born on the same year.
The Central New York community has lost a real pillar and leader.

Noreen's passing is such a loss to the CNY community, especially the Le Moyne community. My favorite memory of Noreen is her talking of her grandchildren - whether it be mentioning a text or call from one of them or using them as her best resource to gauge what was going on with young people today. You knew she had a very special relationship with each of them. She was a special women and will be missed.
