Pamella Jean (Smith) Reichard's Obituary
Pamella Jean (Smith) Reichard, 71, of Jordan, NY, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Francis House. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Paul and Betty (Phelps) Smith. Pamella worked as a bookkeeper for Specialized Diesel in Syracuse for many years. She enjoyed watching NASCAR and Hallmark movies and loved “Junkin It”. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her cherished grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Paul Smith, Jr. in 2013 and her sister, Helen Racciatti in 2011.
Pamella is survived by her lifetime partner, Carl Wehr; her son, Gerad Reichard (Bobbie Lee); her daughter, Amber-Rae Reichard; six grandchildren: Brooke, Abigail, Andrea, Allison, Joseph and Avery; five sisters, Phyllis (Tim) Bates , Patricia (Edward) Attala, Priscilla (William) Kinney, Peggy (Alan) Gazlay and Paula Rowe; two brothers, Peter Smith and Patrick (Christine) Smith; several nieces and nephews, and her beloved dogs, Harvey and Stewart.

A funeral Mass in celebration of Pamella’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at St. Rose of Lima Church, 409 S. Main St., N. Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Elbridge, NY. Family and friends may call from 3:00 – 6:00 pm on Monday, April 7, 2025, at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Francis House and/or Meals on Wheels.
