Patrick (Pasquale) Valerino 's Obituary
Patrick (Pasquale) Valerino, 87, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 after a long illness. He was born in Syracuse and graduated from North High School. Patrick was married 50 years to the late Anne (Angeline Bagnett) Valerino. He retired from Crucible Steel after 41 years, where he worked as an Inspection Foreman, and never missed a day of work. He also had a private taxi business for 10 years.
He is predeceased by his parents, Carmen and Nancy Valerino; his sister, Fannie Antelmi; his wife Anne, and longtime companion, Kate Simon.
Patrick is survived by his sons, Patrick, Robert, Ron, and Carmen; his daughter, Nance (Gus) Francisco; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; his brother, Albert; brother-in-law, Joe Antelmi; sister-in-law, Ruth Valerino; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 8:30 – 10:30 am, immediately followed by a prayer service at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery.
