Patsy F. "Pat" Marra's Obituary
Pat Marra, 89, of Camillus passed away peacefully on November 14, 2021.
Pat was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of North High School and attended Le Moyne College. He was the president and owner of Central City Used Parts for more than 40 years. Pat was instrumental in starting the NY State Automotive Dismantlers Association and served as their president for over four years. Following his retirement, he worked at Porter Elementary School.
He was predeceased by his mother, Rose (Condolora) Marra and father, Frank Marra, and three siblings.
Pat is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Carol A. (Graham) Marra and six children: Dr. Frank (Paula) Marra of Rochester, Kathy (Ed) Solorzano, Patrick (Jill) Marra and Michael Marra (Becky Rochin) of Syracuse, Lori (Dr. Jassi) Sra of Milwaukee and Mary F. (Peter) Gross of Houston; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 11 am – 12:45 pm at St. Joseph’s Church, 5600 W. Genesee St., Camillus, NY, followed by a Funeral Mass at 1 pm. The family requests all those attending, please wear a facial covering.
