I just found out your Dad passed away. I am very sorry I didn't know and wasn't able to pay my respect at that time personally.
During the days when Katherine worked with me I was able to witness and feel all of the goodness and greatness of all the Bregou's.

My uncle sent me the obituary for your father. I remember all those years ago at Paul's Pub working for your dad through college. He will always be a wonderful father figure in my life. He was one of those people that put his heart and soul into everything that he did and and to the people that he touched. He taught me that you do it right or you don't do it at all! I can even hear his voice-ha! My prayers are with you and your families...

I will never forget your dad and grandpa. Paul was one of a kind, sometimes gruff on the outside, but always deeply caring and sincere - a gentleman everyone was proud to be associated with. I have so many memories of him when we were both with the Burdick organization: slipping out of the old Buick Parts Department on Saturdays to chat over a donut and coffee in his bid sale trailer, watching him grill steaks at the Oneida Shores company picnics, Paul helping me buy a couple of GM station wagons from the bid sale, (both of which served us for many years.) Heaven is richer today, and earth a bit poorer for his departure. He and his wonderful wife Loretta are reunited now...

Lou, I knew your dad many years ago, when I was in the insurance profession and he was always a kind, considerate, and lovable man. He always made one feel that he would be there if you should ever need him and always had a smile that would light up a room. I am sure he will be missed by all and will surely be remembered in our prayers.
Worked with Paul at the Burdick co. years ago, "what a gentleman" plain and simple he was a great guy and will be missed by many.

To all of the Bregou Family: Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of Mr. Bregou. He was a person who loved people and taught many of us life lessons as I am sure you have heard and seen posted here. It is my belief that he is now with his beautiful wife (who imparted many life lessons herself) and with his beautiful daughter and still deeply missed cherished friend of mine, Katherine. Our hope is in the Lord, that the day will come when we are all reunited. The video tribute was beautiful and he has left behind the most wonderful legacy of all - YOU - his family. Lou, Linda and all of the Bregou family. I was so sad to hear of Paul's passing. He was a wonderful man. I just saw that we also share a birthday. Happy Birthday Paul!! Paul and his family were really good to my brother Gary. Gary loved the Bregou family as his own. Now Gary,Paul and Loretta are together enjoying each other.
