Paul M. Liberty 's Obituary
Paul M. Liberty, 65, of E. Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse to the late Frederick and Anna (Hebert) Liberty and was a graduate of Blessed Sacrament as well as ESM High School. Paul was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening with his family and looked forward to his many vacations to Wellesley Island and Nicks Lake in Old Forge over the years. As much as he loved the outdoors, Paul also had a passion for technology; he worked for the Post Standard for 36 years. He also enjoyed playing the harmonica and piano.
He is predeceased by his father-in-law, Peter Renne. Paul is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lynn (Renne) Liberty; two sons, Victor Liberty and Benjamin Liberty; his grandson, Maximilian; siblings, Helen, Irene, Mark and David; his goddaughter, Amy Scro, along with several nieces and nephews.
Paul’s family would like to thank the Minoa Fire Dept. and First Responders for their care and support.
There will be no funeral services.
