Paul M. Morley's Obituary
I, Super Paulie M. Morley, of Hastings, NY, fought one last epic battle against my arch nemesis, Cancer on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the age of 2 years, 10 months, 11 days. Cancer defeated my body, however it did NOT defeat my soul. For that is a battle cancer will never win! I’d like to thank the THOUSANDS of fellow Super Heroes that supported me and my family during this fight right to the bitter end. Because of you all, I had the greatest adventures a boy could want. I am proudest of my mommy, daddy and big sister, Angela Schuyler, Nicholas Morley and Haiden Fullmer. Every day they put on their Super Hero capes and fought with me. One thing I’ve never suffered from is a small family, “My legion of Super Heroes both here and gone”.
Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because I happened!
Paul is survived by his parents, Nicholas P. and Angela J. (Schuyler) Morley; his sister, Haiden M. Fullmer; paternal grandmother, Mari Grace (Steve) Martell; paternal grandfather, Gregory E. (Katlyn) Morley; maternal grandmother, Melodie Schuyler (Kevin Ineich); paternal grandfather, John Schuyler; aunts and uncles, Ashely (Joe) Battles, Justine Schuyler, Chanel (Greg) Rhodes, Roger Morley, and Reese Morley; many great-grandparents and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 4:00 to 6:30 pm on Monday, July 21, 2014 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A funeral service by Rev. Michael Theiser in celebration of Paul’s life will follow at 6:30 pm at the funeral home.
There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Hastings Fire Department, Hastings, NY.
