Paul M. Scully's Obituary
Paul M. Scully, 75, of North Syracuse, passed away Friday at the Francis House. He was born in Syracuse and served with the US Marine Corps. Paul was employed with the US Postal Service for 32 years, then owned and operated Paul's Woodcrafts for 18 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Patricia (Ashwell) Scully; five children, Michael C. (Tania) Scully of Clay, Susan A. (Joseph) Brush of Syracuse, Kathleen G. (Thomas) Pillion of PA, Laura E. (Robert) Walters of North Syracuse and Jennifer L. Scully of Amenia, NY; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a brother, Charles (Gail) Scully of Liverpool; a sister, Patricia A. Scully of Syracuse along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 8:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 9:00 am in St. John the Baptist Church, where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Paul's memory may be made to the Francis House or Hospice of CNY.
