Pauline "Polly" (Kingsley) Kite's Obituary
Pauline “Polly” (Kingsley) Kite, 84, daughter of Charles E. Kingsley and Rubina (Hattman) Candee, was welcomed in God’s arms on Saturday, October 18, 2014. Polly was born in Syracuse, NY and loved her home of 52 years in Cleveland, NY. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and her crafts. Polly always said she was blessed by her husband, her children, and a good life.
She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Robert P. Kite in 1993.
Polly is survived by six children, daughter, Donna (Michael) Fowler of Fulton, NY; son, Mark Kite of Salinas, CA; son, Robert (Debbie) Kite of Cleveland, NY; daughter, Sandie Kite of Brewerton, NY; daughter, Nancy Kite (Leon Snyder) of Ocala, FL; son, Neal (Tracey) Kite of Tonganoxie, KS; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Pauline’s life will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Cleveland, NY. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dewitt, NY. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
