I know Phil from his time as a volunteer at the CNYSPCA. Phil was a wonderful volunteer and was great with the dogs; the dogs adored him, and dogs are a great judge of character. I'm so sorry for your loss.

When we first moved into the HP Mile building, Phil was the first HP Mile employee I met. Every time I would go downstairs to drop off or pick up a shipment, he'd smile and say hello or we'd chat about the latest movies that were out and what he recommended. He was shy and pretty much kept to himself; I could relate to him in that regard. Every time I go downstairs now, I think of Phil. "May the Lord bless you, and keep you, make his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you. May the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." Lyrics from my favorite Christian song called "The Blessing" by Kari Jobe.
My heart goes out to Mike Brady and his family for their loss.
To the Brady Family,
We are so saddened to learn of the passing of Phil. Sharing many memories of backyard neighbors from the 70's, 80's and 90's, we think so fondly of our past. May God rest Phil's soul and may He comfort you all in your grief.
With love, Dr. and Mrs. Marge, and their children, Lisa and Michael and their families.

Phil was one of Syracuse's most gifted character actors, a gentle giant type with an impeccable sense of comic timing...we always enjoyed seeing him at the Regal cinema box office as well as seeing him onstage at CNY Playhouse. His performance as Lennie in 'Of Mice and Men' was unforgettable.

Megan, Mike ,and Barbara, my prayer are with you during this very difficult time. I am broken hearted. Phil was a calm giving person. It all just seems so wrong. I regret that I am not up home to be with you at this time. Tom Muench
Too young and too soon. A truly nice man who left us way to soon. My condolences to the rest of the Brady family on the loss of your brother. R.I.P. Phil.
I went to school with Phil and will miss his great sense of humor. Rest in Peace my friend
I worked with Phil for a few years at Regal and he was always one of my favorite people to work with. Whether it was hanging out with him at Box Office or cleaning theaters with the crew, he was always a genuinely friendly person to chat with. I saw him in a few shows and loved cheering him on when I saw him on stage. He was forever making me laugh with all of his silly posts on Facebook. I hope Phil knew how many people’s lives he touched and how many people will truly miss him, I read so many stories on his Facebook about how many people admired him and will continue to remember him. To his family, I am so sorry for your loss he was truly a great person.
In the 3 short years I worked with Phil at Regal I enjoyed his humor and how he was always an ear to listen. Phil always made working in box office fun and loved his job and talking about his work in the theater, his many roles. I wish I could have attended one of his shows as I know he was a great actor with humor and wit like no other. He will be missed, he taught me so much and I will miss him at work. My condolences to his family during this time.
