I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. Both he and Donna were really good friends of my mom Anita; and I know their friendship meant so much to my mother; Phil was a wonderful person with a great family; my heart and prayers are with Donna and their family, as well as with all who loved Phil and who Phil loved- he will always be in your hearts
Please accept the most heartfelt sympathies of Le Moyne College. We hope the love and memories that you will forever hold in your heart bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
I met Phil and Donna when we moved to Liverpool when I was 15 and they were looking for a babysitter for Mark. My aunt recommended me and I watched him for many years after that. They quickly became like family and we spent many days together dinners and shopping days! Phil will be greatly missed by our family and many others as he was the most caring and generous person I ever met. We spent many hours at the beauty shop and came there to watch when the memorial day parade came through and we would sit in chairs in his parking lot and watch it with our children. He always had plenty of coffee and snacks for his customers and anyone who walked in .All of his employees were wonderful and they were all like family. Our deepest sympathy to Donna and Mark we will always be there for you ❤️
Pauline, my sincere condolences go out to you on the death of your brother Phil as I remember both of you from da Nort side near Webster school where we all lived. I’m younger than you guys, but I still remember Phil and you and Ciro. I remember all the good times when we were younger of you guys and myself. Robbie Wells Spring Hill, Florida.
