Phyllis A. (Muehlbauer) Butler's Obituary
Phyllis A. (Muehlbauer) Butler, 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 8, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Buffalo, daughter of the late, Michael and Katherine (Gold) Muehlbauer. Phyllis worked as a Registered Nurse for over 50 years, retiring after several years with Nationwide Insurance. She enjoyed traveling, golfing, sewing, and crafting. Phyllis also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, as well as here beloved pets, especially Maggie.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Joan Whittman, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and special loved ones.
Friends and family may call from 11:00 – 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Road (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY; immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Phyllis'at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Manlius Village Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either: Rosamond Gifford Zoo, or the CNY SPCA.
