Regina Benita Caradulis' Obituary
Regina Benita Caradulis known lovingly by family and friends as "Ta" passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 29th surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
Regina is one of twelve children born in Buenavista, Cuba on March 21, 1929. She arrived in the US in October of 1966 with her three children, husband and in-laws. The family settled in Syracuse, NY. Regina retired in 1993 from St. Joseph's Hospital after 20+ years of service.
Ta loved to make people smile; she loved to dance and loved children and animals. You only had to know her for a minute and you fell in love with her.
She was predeceased by her parents, Maria and Abelino Ramos and beloved husband, Michael (Miguel) Angel Caradulis in 1993.
Regina is survived by her children, Alicia Caradulis (Bob Hills) of Jamesville, NY, Teresa Lindemann (Steve) of Jamesville, NY, and Michael Caradulis (Aida) of Davie, Florida; grandchildren, Brittanie, Mikey, Niko, Marcel and Viktoria; four sisters that still remain in Cuba; a sister-in-law in Florida, along with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were private. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME.
