Richard E. "Big Al" Allen's Obituary
Richard E. “Big Al” Allen, 65, passed away on April 15, 2020 after a long illness. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Richard and Korleen Allen. He is also predeceased by his brother, Randy Allen and father-in-law, Joe Martino. He is survived by his wife, Cindy (Martino) Allen; his sister, Rani Jo (John) Allen; several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; mother-in-law, Jay Martino, and his Fur Baby Molly.
Big Al was an avid Yankees, Rangers and Redskins fan. His hobbies included casino trips and playing poker, where we are sure he is already playing with his brother-in-law, Neil Ford. His family and friends will miss his quick witted and not so funny jokes. I will miss you forever my “Honey Bunches of Oats”.
Private funeral services entrusted to THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. A celebration of Richard’s life will be held at a later date.
