Richard "Dick" Percival's Obituary
Richard "Dick" Percival, 90, from Cicero, NY passed away peacefully in Savannah, GA on January 17th. Dick was born in England but grew up in Manlius and was the son of Gladys and Horace Percival.
Dick was predeceased by his wife Bonnie Percival, daughter Sara Valenti, son Daniel Percival and grandson Andrew Chinnock. Dick is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Percival, son Doug Percival, grandson Eric Valenti, granddaughters Brittney Chinnock, Nichole Valenti, Jessica Valenti, Madelyn Percival, Abigail Percival and great granddaughter Reina Sanchez as well as many nieces and nephews.
Dick graduated from Syracuse University in 1957 and worked at Salina Body Company with his father-in-law Jack Barzee after his marriage to Bonnie and eventually took over as owner.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Riley's restaurant on 312 Park St. in Syracuse on May 4th from 3-6 pm. This celebration will include the life of Bonnie Percival, who passed away on January 10, 2022.
