Robert "Bob" Argiro's Obituary
Robert “Bob” Argiro, 51, of Kirkville, tragically passed away at his home on July 28, 2024. He was born on March 5, 1973, to Joseph, Sr. and Betty Argiro at Crouse Hospital. Bob attended East Syracuse-Minoa schools and graduated in 1991. He received an associate’s degree from OCC. Bob was employed by Verizon and was there for 25 years.
He was an avid motorcyclist, enjoyed SU basketball, Motocross, the band Kiss, traveling and “tinkering” in his garage. Bob was an amazing son, brother, father, and all-around great person.
“To know him, was to love him”.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Argiro, Sr., and grandparents.
Bob is survived by his beloved daughter, Jessica Argiro (Joseph Nappa) of Liverpool; his mother, Betty Argiro of East Syracuse; his loving girlfriend, Kari Chigaridas of Liverpool; his brothers, Joseph (Jennifer) Argiro, Jr. of Kirkville, and David (Charise) Argiro of East Syracuse, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by a funeral service at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. He will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery following the services.
