Robert J. "Bob" Beilstein's Obituary
Robert J. “Bob” Beilstein, 72, of North Syracuse, passed away on December 30, 2019 at Upstate University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born in California to the late John and Marie (Erickson) Beilstein and graduated from Henninger High School in 1965. He also attended Syracuse University and served his country with the US Navy. Bob worked as Senior Enterprise Technical Architect with JDA Software for 47 years and along with being an avid reader, he also enjoyed opera and traveling in his spare time.
Bob is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Frances (Wheelock) Beilstein; brothers, Jack (Connie) Beilstein, Tom (Lisa) Beilstein, and Bill Beilstein; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will take place on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. A funeral service in celebration of Bob’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
