Robert J. "Bob" Greenwood's Obituary
Robert J. “Bob” Greenwood, 72, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Upstate University Hospital. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Morris and Lillian (Labulis) Greenwood.
Bob graduated from St. John the Baptist Academy and received his bachelor’s degree from Niagara University. He retired from Tops Supermarket after many years of dedicated service. Bob enjoyed reading, listening to music, crossword puzzles and cooking.
Along with his parents, Bob was predeceased by his niece, Jeanette Marie Greenwood.
He is survived by his brothers, Phillip (Mary Ann) Greenwood and Richard (Deborah) Greenwood; his sister, Elizabeth (Robert) Warren; along with many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In keeping with Bob’s wishes, there will be no funeral services.
