Bob helped create confidence in the AAA as an effective provider of dispute resolution services for the construction industry. He resolved issues with a smile and hard work. Only one of many of Bob's "claims to fame" was his bustling to catch his train and photo-bombing a CNN film crew! What an honor to have worked with him for 22 years. God bless the Meade family.
