Robert L. "Bob" Michalski's Obituary
Robert L. “Bob” Michalski, 65, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on Sunday at St. Joseph’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse, and was self-employed as a Transportation Broker. Bob enjoyed sitting by the pond reading the newspaper. He loved spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Bob treasured family vacations and was fiercely loyal to his family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father, Albert Michalski, and his sister, Eileen Masica.
Bob is survived by his wife, Wanda (Pritchard) Michalski; his son, Ryan (Kelly) Michalski; his two cherished grandchildren, Madison and Mason; his mother, Mary Jane (Schoff) Michalski; two brothers, Richard (Dorrie) Michalski and Arche (Darlene) Michalski, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 8:00 AM on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Bob’s life at 9:00 AM in Our Lady of Peace Church, Lakeland. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lakeland. Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
