Robert M. Schadt's Obituary
Robert M. Schadt, 77, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at the Bishop on Friday, April 19, 2019. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Robert F. and Marion (Miller) Schadt. Robert worked at Kemper Insurance, retiring after 34 years of dedicated service. He was a lifetime member of Pastime Athletic Club and ran the weekly Pitch League for over 30 years; he also played in their softball league for many years.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Lorraine (Antuna) Schadt; his daughter, Lisa M. Schadt; his son, Bob M. (Jennifer) Schadt; three grandchildren, Brianna (Jason) Peerce, Jordan Schadt (Alyssa Delee) and Isabella Schadt; two great-grandchildren, Eli Peerce and Khivanni Schadt; his brother, Eric (Andra) Schadt; three sisters, Patricia (Jim) Good, Susan (Phillip) Gerhart and Carol (Kabalan) Habre, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Robert’s life at 10:00 am in Assumption Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
