Robert K. Schultz, 61, of Camillus, passed away on July 14, 2019 in Little Falls, NY. He was born in Syracuse, son of late Robert E. Schultz and Katherine “MaMa Kate” Schultz. Robert is survived by the love of his life of 42 years (married 34), Rhonda (Lobdell) Schultz; three children, Rob (Hannah) Schultz of Liverpool, Chantel Schultz of Camillus and Kyle Schultz of Camillus; his grandson and HERO, Hayden Lynch; one sister, Katie (Bob) Coe of Pennellville, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
From the family; July 14th was a day that our lives and hearts changed forever. A loving husband, a lean on father, a hero of a grandpa and the loyalist of friends was taken suddenly and far too soon. Our hearts will beat on remembering his avid love for sports, his undying efforts to help anyone in need and his incomparable heart that he wore on his sleeve. The ability to make others laugh, the strong shoulders he used to take on others heaviness and the kindness in his heart that showed through his eyes are just a few ways we will remember Bob in our continuing journey.
From power lifting and wrestling in high school to his first job at Crouse Hines, to 84 Lumber, part owner in Fitness Connection, Burns and Kane Real Estate, Kevin McCormick Real Estate, broker at Remax and proudly along his son at Universal Energy Group, Bob never let anyone down. He was a member of SAL Squadron 915 Central Square. A true man to lean on. Bob surrounded himself with others of the same soul, making both his heart and his life a happy one.
