My deepest condolences for your loss. You have so many beautiful memories you shared in a wonderful and full life. You were as close as any family could be and for that you were blessed. Our last patriarch of the family has moved on to watch over all of you. May he travel a beautiful road to heaven. My heart is with you all. I will miss his words of wisdom to me over the years and the few gatherings we had to talk family history. I still wear my St. Patrick's Day shirt from the Syracuse Firefighters to honor his service. He will always be remembered.

When I was first elected President of the Syracuse & CNY Police Retirees Association, Bob was right there to lend a helping hand and give me guidance. He regularly attended our meetings and kept us informed of activities on the state level. His dedication to retirees was without equal.
He will be sorely missed.

My sincere condolences to the family. Robert was always looking out for the best interest for his brother Firefighters. He was a active member in many Fire Dept. organizations, later leading the way for our retired brothers as President.
