Ronald J. Kelly's Obituary
Ronald J. Kelly, 75, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday at Crouse Hospital with his family by his side. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late James and Shirley Kelly. He was also predeceased by his brother Dennis. Ron was an avid fisherman and was a custom fishing rod builder. He loved hunting and spending time outdoors. Ron also enjoyed bowling and was a member of several bowling leagues for many years. Most of all, Ron loved spending time with family and friends, especially his beloved grandchildren.
Ron is survived by his wife of 53 years, Melanie (Hayes ) Kelly; two daughters, Eileena Kelly and Karen Salce; two wonderful grandchildren, Evan Salce and Avree Salce; his sister, Sheila Kelly, along with several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:30 PM, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Ron’s life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
