Rosalie F. Pisani's Obituary
Rosalie F. Pisani, 77, of Liverpool, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Elderwood at Liverpool. She was born on December 28, 1937 in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Modesto and Mary (Giannuzzi) Pisani. Rosalie graduated from North High School and worked for General Electric for 37 years. She loved golfing and was a member of Drumlins and Wyonona Golf Courses for many years. Rosalie also was a member of the Electronettes and St. Theresa Society. Rosalie was loved by her family and many friends.
Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her sister, Victoria Rizzo and brother, John Pisani.
Rosalie is survived by her brothers, Joseph and Santo Pisani, both Liverpool; her sisters, Dorothy Blowers of Johnstown, NY, Connie (Joseph) Conte of Syracuse and Antoinette (Robert) Sawmiller of Liverpool; 14 nieces and nephews and 16 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Her family would like to thank all of the nurses who took great care of Rosalie.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Rosalie’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9:45 am to 10:45 am at the church, 301 Ash Street, Syracuse, NY. THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME is handling funeral arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church.
