Rose M. (Nicoletti) Sampere's Obituary
Rose M. (Nicoletti) Sampere, 90, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday at Loretto Nursing Home. Born in Carbondale, PA, she graduated from North High School. Rose was employed by her family's restaurant, "Nick's Grill" and General Electric. She was predeceased by her former husband, James Sampere in 1987 and her 9 brothers. Rose is survived by her daughter, Connie Sampere of California; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. There will be a calling hour held on Monday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Rose's family wishes to extend a special "Thank You" to the staff at Loretto Cunningham, 4th floor.
