Rose E. (Logana) Terrinoni's Obituary
Rose E. (Logana) Terrinoni, 90, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Saturday in St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of Giacomo and Teresa (Scopelliti) Logana. She was employed by the Julius Resnick Pocketbook Factory. Rose loved the casino, going to dinner, playing cards, bocce, and most of all spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Terrinoni, Sr. in 2001, and nine siblings.
Rose is survived by her sons, Joseph Terrinoni, Jr and Salvatore “Sam” (Marie) Terrinoni; her grandchildren, Joseph III, Salvatore, Chantelle, Chad, and Trisanne; her great-grandchildren, Crystal, Joey IV, Sammy, Sierra, Nina, Tommy, Ashley, Natalie, Mariska, Gianna, Giovanna, and Salvatore; her great-great-grandchildren, Joey V. and Caleb; many nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Rose’s family would like to thank Sedgwick Heights and The Crossings for the wonderful care and love of their mother. They would also like to express a special “THANK YOU” to their cousin, Richard Donatis for his care and compassion to their mother Rose; “We Love You Richard”.
A funeral service in celebration of Rose’s life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 8:30 AM in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, and 9:30 AM in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.), North Syracuse, NY.
