Mrs. Bundy was my first teacher on taking care of the environment. As an 8 year old neighbor, Mrs. Bundy taught me how to save a rusty tackle box. She also taught me a huge lesson on the perils of eavesdropping. She always had something to teach us despite my awful manners. She raised a brilliant family. Chores came first and it was the tax I paid to gain access to her amazingly gifted son, Mark. Her daughter Kathy was equally brilliant and she worked hard to correct my countless and irritating foibles. I am forever Blessed to have learned so much about landfills and farming. I always think of how important Mrs. Bundy was to me and I am eternally grateful to have been so fortunate to know her.
