Rosemary (Cali) Chairvolotti's Obituary
Rosemary Chairvolotti 86, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at St. Camillus. She was born to John and Emma (Dolly) Cali, on July 10, 1929 in Syracuse during the Great Depression. Rosemary was a longtime parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Church in North Syracuse.
Family always came first to Rosemary. She worked helping the family on the farm, and then later as a gift wrapper, elevator operator, and Tupperware dealer as well as spending many years dedicated to selling produce at the Farmer's Markets.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband Samuel in 2000 and son Raymond in 2014.
Rosemary leaves behind her daughter Marlene, daughter-in-law Annette, grandchildren, Jessica (Elpidio), Thomas, and Raeann (Nathan), great-grandchildren, Julian, Aubrey and Camryn; loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and wonderful caregivers from home, to Brookdale assisted living facilities to St. Camillus skilled nursing facility.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 10:00 – 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Rosemary’s life at 11:00 am at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery.
