Rosemary (Saladino) Oliva's Obituary
Rosemary (Saladino) Oliva, 67, of Liverpool, passed away at home on Sunday, November 24, 2019. Rosemary was born on February 26, 1952 in Syracuse, NY to Carmen and Josephine Saladino. She was a graduate of Central High School and Powelson Business Institute. Rosemary retired in December 2013 from Upstate Medical where she was employed for over 40 years. Rosemary will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and laughter.
She is predeceased by her father, Carmen Saladino in 2001. Rosemary is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Gerard Oliva; two sons, Michael of Liverpool and David of Liverpool; her mother, Josephine Saladino; her sister, Linda Saladino, along with several cousins.
The family would like to thank the staff at Silver Fox in Baldwinsville for their wonderful care and support.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 10 am – 12 pm, immediately followed by a noon service in celebration of Rosemary’s life at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
