You most likely will not remember me but my parents Andy and Mary Devine were good friends with your mom and dad. Our fathers grew up together on the Northside and your dad was in my parents wedding in June 1950. In fact your parents are my sister Cindy’s godparents. Your dad was such a very nice man and a loyal friend to my parents. He served as a pall bearer at each of their funerals. I am very sorry to see this news but very happy he had such a long, happy and interesting life. Lil and Rudy were wonderful people and are engrained in my growing up memories. Please accept my condolences.

Sending “Heart Felt Sympathy” on the passing of Rudy, what a great guy!! So much energy and full of life, I can remember I think it was his 90th birthday celebration at Rico’s, it was always a pleasure waiting on him on his weekly dinner, may he “Rest in Peace”

I was so sorry to learn about Rudy. He was such a great guy. Both your dad and mom were so wonderful to my aunt (Ann Fiorentino) for all the years she lived in Syracuse. I am so appreciative of all they did for her – and all they meant to her. My condolences to your entire family.

Cheryl & Lisa and family, I’m very sorry to read about your Dad’s passing. He sounded like a great person. My Mother and I did family Genealogy and had a distant cousin at Sampson. It would have been fun to see if your Dad knew him !
