Russell C. "Russ" Roff's Obituary
Russell C. “Russ” Roff, 50, of Liverpool, passed away July 21, 2023 at Upstate University Hospital.
He was born in Elmira, NY, son of the late Gerald Meade Roff and Carol Ann (Sheeley) Roff.
Russ worked in IT Support for Raymour and Flanigan. He loved woodworking, home
improvements, and anything to do with animals, especially dogs.
In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his siblings, Martin Joel Roff, Randy Lee Roff, Terry Curtis Roff, and his dogs, Belle, Brownie and Kirby.
Russ is survived by his son, Matt Villie and daughter, Katie Roff; siblings, Larry Carl Roff, David
Mark Roff, Gerald Bruce Roff and Daryl James Roff; several nieces and nephews, and his beloved
dog, Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 3:00 – 4:00 pm, immediately
followed by a funeral service in celebration of Russell’s life at 4 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR.
