Ruth (Liadka) Cacchione's Obituary
Ruth Helen (Liadka) Cacchione, 103, passed away on December 10, 2025. She was a lifelong resident of Syracuse, NY.
Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nicholas P. Cacchione, and her youngest son, Paul.
She is survived by her children, Deborah (Mark) Norman, Nicholas (Therese) Cacchione, Joseph (Gale) Cacchione, Christina (Jeffrey) House, and Patrick (Pamela) Cacchione; daughter-in-law, Lorraine Cacchione; 17 grandchildren,
8 great-grandchildren, and many loving siblings, nieces and nephews.
Ruth was the loved matriarch of her family, and she will be greatly missed.
Family meant everything to her. She loved her children and her grandchildren very much, and her wonderful great grand babies. She loved Sunday picnics with all her family.
Visitation will be held from 9:00-9:45 am on Monday, December 15, 2025 at St. Daniel’s Catholic Church, 3004 Court Street, Syracuse, NY, immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Interment will be in Assumption Cemetery.
