Sallyann (Owens) Grillo's Obituary
Sallyann (Owens) Grillo, 84, of Syracuse, passed away at home on Friday, October 16, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Bernard and Helen (Westcott) Owens. She is also predeceased by her husband, Lt. Colonel Sam F. Grillo in 2015.
Sallyann is survived by her four children, George E. (Maureen) Michel, Timothy J. (Katie) Michel, Martin L. (Michelle) Michel and Melissa A. Burke; nine grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Sallyann’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, 301 Ash St., Syracuse, NY. Private burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208.
