Samuel J. Paro's Obituary
Samuel J. Paro, 51, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 19, 2018.
Samuel was born in Gouverneur, NY, and was a longtime resident of the Syracuse area. He worked several years for Syracuse DPW.
Sam is survived by his beloved wife, Cheryl Anne (Losurdo) Paro; his mother, Patricia Washburn; stepfather, Larkin Rood; sisters, Mary Paro, Suzanne Rogers, Jody Tassone, Tammy Ward, and Patricia Ward; his mother-in-law, Rosemary Losurdo; his beloved Beagle, Bandit, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 9:30 – 10:30 am, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Sam’s life at 11:00 am in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, 301 Ash St., Syracuse. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
