Sandra E. (Piano) Tropea's Obituary
Sandra E. (Piano) Tropea, 70, of North Syracuse, passed away Wednesday, August 27th at the Brookside Hospice House in Palm Harbor Florida. She and her late husband, Vincent F. Tropea, Jr., resided in the Syracuse area most of their lives. Sandy was employed as a collections manager with JGB Enterprises in Liverpool for many years. She enjoyed shopping and “dining out”, but most of all, loved spending time with family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent F. Tropea, Jr. in 2012 and her brother, Michael Piano.
Sandy is survived by two children, Vincent Michael Tropea of Clearwater, Fl., and Lisa Marie (Jamie Loaiza) Tropea, of Orlando, Fl., her granddaughter, Chloe Lynn Tropea; brother, Steve (Pat) Piano of Syracuse; sister, Linda Kenney of Syracuse; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marcia (Samuel) Ferranti of Syracuse, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 am on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Sandy’s life at 9:30 am in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
