Stephanie (Felicia) Wentling's Obituary
Stephanie (Felicia) Wentling, 76, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at the Francis House with her family by her side on Sunday, May 25, 2014.
She was born in Syracuse and graduated from North High School. Stephanie was a person completely devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved going to her mom's and her sisters home for "coffee". Stephanie also enjoyed wintering in Florida with her husband Whitey.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, Keith J. "Whitey" Wentling in February 2014; her parents, Samuel and Frances (Picciotto) Felicia; her sister, Doris Kowalski and brother, Thomas Filicia.
Stephanie is survived by her children, Diana (Kenny) Stockdale; Jackie (Mike) Dolson; Mike (Miss Deb) Wentling; John (Nina) Wentling and Sam Wentling; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Anthony and Sam Felicia; 2 sisters, Frances Stroup and Vicki Commisso, along with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:00 am the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Stephanie's life at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERALHOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
