Suzanne Alice Weegar Cain's Obituary
Suzanne Alice Weegar Cain, 76, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2022 with her loving husband by her side. Suzanne was born on June 16, 1946, the youngest of 7 children of the late Harry and Myrtle (Golden) Weegar. She was born in Cicero, NY and graduated from North Syracuse High School (Class of 1964), and Richard DeToto Beauty School. Suzanne lived most of her life in Bridgeport, NY and had recently moved to Liverpool, NY. She was a hairdresser for over 50 years, and was the owner of Hair at Home in Bridgeport, NY. Suzanne loved boating, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Suzanne is survived by her husband of 50 years, John (Jack) Cain; her daughter, Dr. Nicole Cain (Dr. Nicholas Sibrava); her dog Molly, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 am on Friday, October 28, 2022 in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
