Thelma L. Napolitano's Obituary
Thelma L. Napolitano, 98, of North Syracuse, NY, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, son of the late Robert H. and Emma (Anson) Poulsen. Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her Husband, Vincent A. Napolitano in 2009; her siblings, Robert A. Poulsen, Elaine R. Thornton, Shirley M. Styrzo and Patricia M. Poulsen.
Thelma is survived by her three children, Thomas Napolitano of Syracuse, Cathy (Frank) Mucci, Sr. of Syracuse and Beverly (John) Granone of FL; six grandchildren, Anthony Nappi, Jennifer (Christopher) Ignacio, Jessica VonGuinness, Catherine Napolitano, Frank Mucci Jr. and Johnny Granone; one great-granddaughter, Novi Ignacio; her brothers-in-law & Sisters-in-law Leo & Connie Napolitano, Tony & Peggy Napolitano, and Esther Bowles; along with several nieces and nephews.
Thelma’s family would like to thank the nurses and aides of St. Joseph’s Health Home Care and to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital units 1-4 and 1-5.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Thelma’s life will be held on Monday August 13, 2018 at 12:10 P.M. in St. Daniel’s Church, followed by a Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Monday prior to the Mass at St. Daniel’s Church from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
