Theodore R. Basile, 95, passed away peacefully on Thursday at his home surrounded by his loving family. Theodore, known by family and friends as “Ted” was born on October 4, 1925 in Satriano, Italy. Son of the late Vincenzo and Ma Read Obituary

Uncle Teddy was a great man! He will be missed by all that knew him and loved him. I have many great memories of trips to the store, then treats at the house after that! Mostly I will treasure the conversations we have had. He loved to talk about family, always asking how each of my loved ones are.
I am sure that he will continue to watch over you with the angels!

And the many conversations with Uncle Teddy-I will cherish them forever. He will be deeply missed by all. Kumpa Ted was my godfather when my dad and mom, Carmen and Josephine Curcio had me baptized. I always remember growing up going to the house on Henry Clay and visiting with them and playing with Mary and Vince. He was a great godfather to me. He always told me if I ever needed advice I could just ask him. May he now rest in peace and may the angels give him his wings and watch over his family and friends forever.

HIS SMILE! That’s what I picture when I think of Uncle Teddy. It has been too ling since we’ve seen that welcoming smile. I hope you will all be comforted by the fact that now he is back to full health and watching over you all now.
