Thomas J. Cassant's Obituary
Thomas J. Cassant, 68, of Clay, NY, passed away August 27, 2022 at Van Duyn Center. He was born in Glens Falls, NY, son of the late Joseph E. and Elizabeth (Paquette) Cassant. He graduated from SUNY Oswego and retired from Curtiss-Wright. Tom was a 4th degree Knight with the Bishop Cunningham Council.
He is survived by his brother, Joseph Cassant, Jr., three sisters, Joan Cassant, Ruth (Richard) Weltz and Elizabeth Cassant; and his nephew, Andrew Cassant.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 9:00 – 9:45 am at Sacred Heart Church of Cicero, 8229 Brewerton Rd., Cicero, NY, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Thomas’ life at 10:00 am at the church. He will be laid to rest beside his parents in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Fort Edward, NY on Friday, September 2, 2022.
