Thomas E. Clark's Obituary
Thomas E. Clark, 57, of Syracuse, passed away December 15, 2023. He was born in Syracuse and oversaw many convenience stores as a General Manager and also worked in Merchant Services for several Syracuse area banks. Tom was an avid reader, enjoyed history, old movies, and researching his family’s ancestry. He was a car enthusiast and loved Mustangs. Tom enjoyed playing cards and watching the LA Rams and Cincinnati Reds. Tom was always the life of the party and lit up the room with his witty humor. Tom was kind and caring, the epidemy of a family man. He was known for his Irish Goodbye.
He is predeceased by his father, Alton Clark. Thomas is survived by his wife, Valerie (Peluso) Clark; children, Ava and Ethan; his mother, Mary Jane Clark; siblings, James (Tammy) Clark, David Clark, and Diane Kallfelz (Dave); nieces and nephews, Danielle, Jake, Luke, Samantha, Tierney, Nora, Mike, Kaity, Kevin, Adreanna, Hannah, Jacquelyn and Kyle.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A funeral Mass in celebration of Thomas’ life will take place at 10:00 am on Friday, December 22, 2023 at St. Daniel’s Church, 3004 Court St., Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
