Timothy J. Eckert's Obituary
Timothy J. Eckert, 53, of Harleysville, PA; passed away unexpectedly on February 17, 2023. He and his wife, Mary D. (Engler) Eckert celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary on November 5th of last year.
Tim was born July 28, 1969, in Syracuse, NY, son of John “Jack” and Sandra (McGhan) Eckert of Liverpool, NY. He was a 1987 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and attended Binghamton University. He played basketball for several years for both schools.
Tim began Eckert Landscapes, Ins. of Harleysville, PA, twenty years ago along with his wife. He enjoyed traveling, time at the beach, and attending and taking part in his children’s activities.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by four children, Brittany Willow, Tyler, Jordan, and Madison Eckert; three sisters, Cindy (Glenn) Edelstein, Debbie (Alex) Eckert-Ross, and Jennifer (Paul) Thorn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services were held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, in Lansdale, PA.
