Trisky S. Marsallo's Obituary
Trisky S. Marsallo, 98, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at The Cottages surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Catherine (Brooks) and Antonio Marsallo. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, graduate of Vocational High School and attended Syracuse University. In 1953 Trisky founded MARS Enterprises, where he was the owner and operator, specializing in the jewelry business. He was an avid golfer at Lakeshore Yacht and Country Club for over 45 years, achieving 4 Holes-in-One. Trisky loved watching the Yankees, NY Knicks, and SU basketball.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by Florence Marsallo, and his siblings, Vito, Florin, Helen, Rose, and Thomas.
Trisky is survived by his longtime companion, Carol Thomas; his three sons, Edward (Sandra) Marsallo of Syracuse, James (Mary Ann) Marsallo of N. Syracuse, and William (Pamela) Marsallo of Bridgeport; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass in celebration of Trisky’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 2, 2017 at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 342 Vine St., Syracuse. Family and friends may call from 1:00 – 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Trisky will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery at a later date.
