Vincent Joseph Antonacci's Obituary
Vincent Joseph Antonacci, 85, of Wimauma, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Born in Syracuse to the late, Samuel T. (Amos) and Pauline R. (Caiello) Antonacci. Vincent received his High School Degree from Christian Brothers Academy and was in the U.S. Army Reserves. He worked for Jacobs Engineering in support of NASA, and he also worked as a draftsman for Lockheed Martin. Vince was an avid chess player, loved movies, jazz music, puzzles, and baseball. He authored the book “An Excess of Glass."
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Loretta Antonacci in 1987.
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Ann (Drescher) Antonacci; son, Vincent S. (Denene) Antonacci; daughter, Paula M. (Larry) Annesi; son, Steven R. (Giovanna) Antonacci; stepdaughter, Kristen (Alex) Burmester; stepsons, Timothy and Kevin O’Rourke; grandchildren, Nicholas (Sarah) Antonacci, Jenna Antonacci, Gianna Annesi, Antonio Annesi, Marisa Antonacci, and Christopher Antonacci; 2 step-grandchildren, Aidan and Katelyn Burmester; great-grandchildren, Leo Antonacci (son of Nicholas Antonacci); and siblings, Theodore and Richard C. Antonacci.
Services will be private. Vincent will be laid to rest beside his first wife, Loretta, in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
