Our heartfelt condolences to the Urciuoli family. It was a privilege to know and work for Vince and Dee at Sage Marcom, where one was made to feel a part of the family. He left an indelible mark on his employees and clients, and on the Syracuse community. Thank you, Vince, for your example of a life well lived, and may you and Dee rest in peace.

To Bonnie,
So sorry to hear of your father's passing. We spoke of our "responsible & caretaking daughter" roles in this life ... the rewards and the weight ... at Henninger Reunion meet-ups. I offer my thoughts and support to you and your family.
Your Dad and Mom sound like mutual souls who walked together. I never knew that the Sage Marcom agency I heard referenced in Syracuse PR circles was connected to you!!
Peaceful thoughts and good memories to you. Let's get together in the future to gab about caretakers and Santa Fe chile!!

Dear Bonnie, Craig, Cindy and Chris. I was so sad to hear about the passing of your lovely Dad and Grandad. Vin was a delight to know. Dee and Vin always invited us over when we visited Bonnie from the UK (they also came to see us whilst touring the UK many years ago). We loved sitting around their pool and I always think of Vin when I have a Bucks Fizz - we had a little laugh between us - I would call it Bucks Fizz but Vin would say “No Ida, it’s called MIMOSA over here”. Happy memories 💜🌈
Bonnie and family,
We never met, but I knew your parents. My mother worked for them at Sage Marcom for years. She adored them. (I had heard a couple of years after my mom passed that I lived in your parents' first apartment on Peck Ave - it has been well-loved over the years. I still live across the street)
Your parents were kind, thoughtful and gracious. I always marveled at their ability to work so closely together. That takes an extraordinary amount of mutual respect and love. Your dad was a gentle man and a gentleman. Your mom was such a beautiful soul.
It is my hope that they are now reunited without the pain and worry that earthly existence involves. God Bless you and your family and may their memory be eternal.

My condolance to the family, vince was a good friend from our pompey club for many years
I worked at The Chamber of Commerce when Sage Marcon was chosen to create the Greater Syracuse Program. I knew at the time how fortunate I was to be part of that great effort and era, and my sentiments have only multiplied over time. Embedded in that wonderful experience was the opportunity to watch Vince in action and to be the beneficiary of his skills and leadership qualities. He always looked snazzy, had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. And he was sharp as a tack. The learning curve was steep for me, but Vince was encouraging and reassuring - and laser focused. I learned so much from him and appreciated his generosity and steadiness. He also assembled an amazing team at SM. What great work we did while having a wonderful time doing it. He and Dee were quite a team! Donna Stoner
