To Our Mom-
Today will mark 28 days since your passing. We want you to know how very much we love you and miss you. It is strange not being able to pick up the phone and talk with you about anything and everything.
I myself am blessed to have spent almost a week visiting you in Syracuse during the beginning of October, blissfully unaware, as I left that Tuesday, that it would be the last time I would see you in this world. I am so very thankful to have had that time with you and yet I still feel an over arching sense of "too soon", since in my mind I was already planning my next visit. That visit has now been delayed. Some day, we will meet again in Heaven.
Until then, my dearest Mom, please know that though our hearts ache, we know that you are now free of the debilitating arthritis. It is my hope that you are now able to travel the world for which you held so much curiosity.
