Vivian (Spensieri) Harrison's Obituary
Vivian (Spensieri) Harrison, 84, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2017 in Asheville, NC. She was born in Syracuse, NY. In addition to living in Syracuse, she has resided in Portsmouth, VA, Pineville, NC, and Asheville, NC. Vivian was employed with General Electric and Greenhood Jewelers.
She loved watching baseball and playing card games with friends. Vivian will be remembered for her Italian cooking and baking, and being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was predeceased by her mother, Victoria Moore in 2002, and her husband, Andrew F. Harrison in 2014.
Vivian is survived by her three children, Linda (Tom) Fitzgerald, Raine Harrison, and John Harrison; two grandchildren, Ryan Midnight and Grace Harrison; cousins within the Spensieri family, and her close friend, Tish DeSalvo.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10:00 – 10:45 am, followed by a funeral service in celebration of Vivian’s life at 10:45 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Syracuse.
