To the Scott Family: I grew up in Westvale and played some sports with Hawley. Later in our business careers I did some business with him and always found him to be most affable, friendly, generous and a fine man.

Hawley and I had a long time business relationship which evolved into a friendship I will treasure forever. I am deeply saddened that he has passed and will always remember his dry sense of humor, entrepreneurship and innovative thinking. Hawley was very fair and generous to his employees and fostered a family atmosphere in his company. Simply put, Hawley made a very positve difference in many people's lives.
