Waneta J. Gatto 's Obituary
Waneta J. (Wolff) Gatto, 68, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully to go home with the Angels. Born in Syracuse, she was employed with the City of Syracuse School District for 10 years. She was predeceased by her brother, Jack Wolff. Waneta is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Joseph P. Gatto; children, Brian S. (Mary) Cullen of Baldwinsville and Laura (Chris) Michalowski of Clay; 3 grandsons, Kevin, Matthew and Nicholas; brothers, William Wolff of Syracuse and Donald (Virginia) Wolff of Cicero; sister, Marylou Simpson of Syracuse and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (Corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 7 PM.
